I am Mrs. Herrera and I'm excited to be your classroom teacher for this school year. I'm happy to be part of the Mustang community. 

I'm from Tamaulipas, Mexico. I graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas. 

I’m a certified bilingual teacher and I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade and 3rd grade for the past 17 years an now I teach 2nd grade. In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to music, going out, and spending time with my husband and our son.

My conference time is from 12:00-1:00 Monday through Thursday

Soy la Sra. Herrera y estoy emocionada de ser su maestra de salón durante este año escolar. Estoy feliz de ser parte de la comunidad Mustang. Soy de Tamaulipas, México, graduada de la Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas. 

Soy profesora bilingüe certificada, he impartido clases de Kindergarten, primer y tercer grado durante los últimos 17 años y en este ciclo dare clases de Segundo grado.

Kathryn Medrano

My name is Katie Medrano and I am proud to be a Moore Mustang! I am from Bedford, TX. I received my Degree from Hardin-Simmons University and am certified for EC-4th grade, ESL, and GT. I am passionate about teaching young learners. I strive to create a community of leaders that grow in a positive and fun environment. I am married and have 3 children. I love to read, swim, play card games, build puzzles, bake, and spend time with friends and family. I look forward to working with you as partners in your child’s growth and development! 

Eliza Rodriguez

Hello,

I have been teaching for 45 years in various school districts. I have been in Fort Worth ISD for 9 years. I have taught PK, K, !st, 2nd, and 3rd. I enjoy teaching Math and Science to my second grade  DLE students because I make it exciting and use lots of games and activities  for them to learn math or science!

I love to travel, garden, and dance on the weekends or summers. I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 grown children. I hope that we make this year the best one yet!  Go Mustangs!
