Nurse
My name is Julie Eldridge, RN and I am so happy to be your School Nurse at M.H. Moore Elementary School. I am a graduate of Cottey College and Stephen F. Austin State University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2004. Before becoming a School Nurse, I worked in various areas of nursing including Post-Operative care, Outpatient Surgery and Case Management. I joined Fort Worth ISD in 2015 and have been the School Nurse at M.H. Moore since 2018. I am married to my husband, Bannon. We have one daughter, Addison, and three dogs, Sweet Caroline, Dixieland Delight & Daisy Mae. My family is originally from South Louisiana where we love to cheer for Louisiana State University! Geaux Tigers!!
It is recommended that your student should stay at home if any of these symptoms exist:
- Fever 100.0 F or greater
- Body aches
- Chills
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Severe Headache
- Rash
- Shortness of breath
- Difficulty breathing
- Loss of taste or smell
- Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea
Students must be fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-suppressing medications. (Fever is 100.0 or greater).
Students must be diarrhea free for 24 hours without the use of diarrhea-suppressing medications.
